• Support — questions about analyses, reports, saved ideas or your account.
• Billing — questions about charges, receipts or failed payments.
• Cancellation — cancel your Pro subscription at any time by emailing us from your account address.
• Refunds — refund requests are reviewed case by case; include the approximate date of the charge.
• Privacy — questions about the data we hold about you.
• Data deletion — request deletion of your account and personal data. We will verify your identity and confirm once it is done.

We aim to respond within a few business days, and within 30 days for formal privacy or data-deletion requests where the law sets a deadline.
