Refund & Cancellation Policy

Audi-Lyze offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Prices are in US dollars and billed through Paddle, our payment provider (merchant of record):

• Free — $0. 2 completed analyses per calendar month. No payment details required.
• Pro Monthly — $19/month. 20 analyses per subscription billing month, renewing each month until you cancel.
• Pro Yearly — $190/year. 20 analyses per subscription billing month, renewing each year until you cancel.

Both plans analyse up to 10,000 comments per analysis. Current prices are always shown on our pricing page.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time by emailing support@audi-lyze.com from the address on your account. There is currently no in-app subscription management page, so all cancellation requests are handled by our support team.

Cancellation stops future charges. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your account then returns to the Free plan. Your reports, saved ideas and history remain available on the Free plan.

Refunds are handled case by case. If you believe a charge was made in error, email support@audi-lyze.com with the email address on your account and the approximate date of the charge, and we will review the request.

Where a law or consumer protection rule gives you a right to a refund or a cooling-off period, that right applies and nothing in this policy limits it.

If a renewal charge fails, we may suspend Pro access until payment is resolved. Prices may change in the future; we will tell you before a price change affects your renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
